I've run the systems, not just installed them.
I'm Nicolás Mastromarino, an automation architect working with CRM and marketing-operations systems since 2016: first as an SEO analyst, then running email marketing and automation for agency clients, and for the past several years as the person actually operating CRM and dispatch systems inside a growing field-service business.

What I actually do all day
Most of my work isn't glamorous: it's making sure a lead that comes in on a Tuesday shows up correctly in the CRM, gets assigned to the right rep, triggers the right follow-up, and eventually turns into an invoice and a report someone can trust. I build that in GoHighLevel, connect it to tools like Kickserv, Airtable, Stripe, and Google Sheets with Zapier, and then (this is the part most consultants skip) I keep it running as the business changes.
Why platform-agnostic
GoHighLevel is where I have the deepest hands-on experience, but the actual skill is the same regardless of platform: mapping how a business really runs, then building the CRM and automations around that reality instead of forcing the business to adapt to generic software.
Who I work best with
Home-services and field-service businesses juggling dispatch, invoicing, and a sales team; agencies who need a hands-on specialist to subcontract CRM and automation work to; and coaches, course creators, and personal brands running everything through funnels and email sequences.
